As the name implies, Cosmic Market (or CoMet) is conceptualized as an art market. The event shall focus on the wonderful wares offered at the Crafters’ Alley, coupled by some stage activities throughout the day. It’s our Crafters’ time to shine on the galactic stage!

This limit is to ensure that everyone has a fair chance to attend the event. You may purchase additional tickets afterward, but each purchase will allow you a maximum of two (2) tickets per transaction.

Yes, there will be! Keep an eye out on our social media channels for announcements regarding future waves.

Please be advised that event staff will check tickets against valid IDs at the entrance. To ensure smooth entry into the event, kindly use the name matching the ID you intend to present on the day.

Aside from allowing us to contact you in case of any updates or emergencies, these details will also be used as back-up methods of verification should there be any issues with QR Code and valid ID verification on the day.

Yes, visitors from all over the world (and the universe) are welcome to attend!

Once you have purchased your tickets, an e-mail should be sent to your specified e-mail address containing a link to your tickets. Click this link to access your purchased tickets. Here, you will be able to see a send link on the upper right corner of the ticket you wish to transfer. Fill out the details of your intended recipient and send the ticket on its way!

If the person transferring the tickets was able to fill out your details correctly, you should receive an e-mail informing you that you have received a ticket for Hello World!! First Light. Click the "Access Tickets" link in the e-mail to claim your ticket.

Event Rules & Regulations

By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions described below, you must adhere to the Hello, World!! guidelines described below to ensure smooth operations of the event and the well-being of all fellow attendees and staff.

1.) All ticket are transferable but non-refundable.    However, they may be exchanged or transferred to another person prior to the event if the guest will not be able to ensure their attendance.
    
    
2.) Guests can purchase a maximum of two (2) tickets each.     This is to ensure that everyone has a fair chance to attend the event.
    
    
3.) Tickets will be verified via QR code.     Make sure to bring a device that can display your ticket or a print-out of your ticket bearing the QR code to be scanned at the registration booth near the entrance.
    
    
4.) Guests need to bring a copy of their valid ID.     Both physical and digital copies are acceptable. Please ensure that the name on the ticket will match the name on your ID for smooth verification .
    
    
5.) Guests are encouraged to mask up and be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to entry.    If being fully vaccinated is not possible, wearing a face mask at all times within the event space is highly encouraged as this will take place in a closed area.
    
    
6.) Cosplay is not consent.     Any reports of harassment towards fellow guests or staff may result in being escorted out of event premises and banned from re-entry. No refunds will be provided.
    
    
7.) No baggage or storage areas will be available within the event space.    Guests who intend on coming in cosplay should be aware of this and mind their belongings accordingly.
    
    
8.) Weapon props will be inspected by the staff prior to entry.
    For the safety of all attendees and staff, do not bring real weapons to the event. Bladed props should have blunted edges, gun props should be incapable of firing any actual bullets or similar projectiles, and bow props should not be equipped with arrows within event premises. Large weapon props are allowed so long as the bearer is mindful of others' space.
    
    
9.) Parking spaces are available for guests.     For guests that will be bringing their own vehicles, shared parking with the rest of the area will be available. There are also other paid parking areas available around the venue.
    
    
10.) Guests are deemed responsible for their own safety.    Measures will be enforced to ensure guest safety, but attendees should also refrain from reckless behavior that may result in injury to either their own person or other people. Guests are also expected to take care of their personal belongings, as the organizers and staff will not be held liable for any losses.
    
    
11.) Photo and video documentation will be taken during the event.    Attendance to the event will mean consent for you to be included in this footage without compensation. This media may also be posted to Hello, World!! social media channels and media partner channels.
    
    
12.) Sharing personal information is subject to the consent of guests.     Attendees may inquire as to each other's identity in-game and in real-life . Disclosure of this information is at the discretion of the guest. For everyone’s safety, only share personal information you are comfortable disclosing.
    
    
13.) Selling of merchandise is limited to registered exhibitors of the Crafters' Alley.     Please also note that Hello, World!! does not endorse Real Money Trading (RMT) activities.
    
    
14.) For any perceived issues, please approach event staff.    The staff will be easily distinguishable by uniforms and IDs that will designate them as such. If any issues arise during the event, kindly flag the nearest event staff so that they may assist you.
